Hockey Calgary has put forth 2 motions for the Hockey Calgary AGM to be held June 23rd 2012. The first motion is complete removal of checking at the pee wee level.
Motion 2 would see the removal of checking in Bantam with the exception to quadrant and divisions 1,2 and 3 for the 2013-2014 season. In the 2014-2015 season, removal of checking in Midget with the exception of quadrant and divisions 1,2 and 3.

What I ask of all of our members is review the data that Hockey Calgary has compiled and let us know what your thoughts are. This is a very touchy subject for all of us and has been debated for quite some time now. Both these motions are only for zone 9 and not the rest of Hockey Alberta.
